Flight and Transport Options

From the US you need to fly to Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI) on the island of Malloca. From there you have options to get to Portocolom, where the charter base is located:

  • Our charter broker can organize airport transfers to the marina:

    • 1-4 passengers, 80€ each way

    • 5-8 passengers, 120€ each way

    • 9-12 passengers, 145€ each way

    • 13+ passengers, call for price.

      • You will be meet by the driver at the "Meeting Point" in the arrival hall of the airport in Palma. In order to organize your transfer. We can facilitate communicating with the charter broker to make transfer arrangements. They will need the following information:

        • Flight number

        • Arrival time

        • Departure airport

    • Special offer: The charter broker will cover our transfers if all flotilla participants are scheduled to travel from the airport at the same time

  • Taxi

    • Just outside of the arrival hall of the airport are taxis for a maximum of 4 people. Costs of about 75€ - 85€ per way.

  • Public transport

    • Unfortunately there are no direct bus links from the airport to Portocolom. First you have to take the No.1 bus into the centre of Palma and exit at the Plaça d‘Espanya. There you change into either No. 490 or 491 bus. Travel time about 2,5 hours, costs of about 4,80€ per person. More information under https://www.tib.org/en/web/ctm/autobus/linia/490

A hotel is not mandatory however many sailors like to book their travel to arrive a day or two early to avoid the risk of disruptions to their travel.
